A documentary tracking the life of ultra-distance runner Fiona and her family. Fiona suffered a brain haemorrhage and was able to recover back to full fitness, racing the West Highland Way. A 96 mile course set across the Scottish highlands, Fiona is able to complete this in one day. A film about recovery and continuing life with the tenacity to beat a brain injury. Fiona's husband Pete has overcome depression, and conceived the idea for the film.
