Say Nothing

A short animation about a poem called 'Say Nothing', about domestic violence. This poem was written by the filmmaker to express her experiences whilst growing up and witnessing domestic violence against her mother. Her experience as a witness of domestic violence then became her own experiences, in the form of an abusive relationship. The author was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. The film, and the poem, explores feelings about low self-confidence and the therapeutic value of creative arts participation.
